Return Policy
For a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, Mobility Parts and Service will accept returns of merchandise and consider refunds according to the following conditions:
- Unused components/systems in original, unopened packaging - we will refund the purchase price less a 15% restocking charge upon receipt of merchandise. Returned production must have an accompanying RA number in order to be processed. No returns of this type accepted on international orders.
- Defective products - we will refund the full purchase price upon receipt and inspection of merchandise. Defective products (as per inspection) can also be replaced at no charge if the part or product is still available.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Duties related to international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Procedure
A RA (Return Authorization) number is REQUIRED in order to process a return.
- Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing us at Sales@MobilityPartsAndService.com or by calling our customer service department at 1-800-257-7955.
- Pack your product well and mark the RA number clearly on the outside of the box. We cannot accept any returns without the RA number on the outside of the box. Please be sure components or product has been properly cleaned, and place lose items in plastic ziplock bags before boxing.
- Detailed instructions and address of our warehouse will be given to you by customer service along with the RA number.
